Within the last couple years, we refined our shared values and it has been a new experience. Leadership is not hesitant to execute improvements. Recently their focus on has been in wellness, inclusion, professional development, as well as creating a women counsel.

Wonderful company overall. Could make work life balance a bit more of a focus. The only thing I would improve is flexible hours on Fridays since the hours every other day are very long.
