I love IG, our brand, and everything we stand for as a whole. Most of my frustrations come from being pushed to have a sense of urgency in every aspect of my business, and as a result I'm working 50-60 hours every week and only making ~$50K after taxes.

When people come to me for insight and advice, shout outs and recognition from my peers whether that's from helping them or something positive I did professionally, feeling supported by my leadership, my teammates and the recruiting team, etc.

The daily zone shout outs, open floor plan, equality between everyone at all levels of the organization (i.e. SM/DO's sitting in the pit with us versus having their own office), the encouragement to have fun in the office with the gong, slow claps, desk bells for when you set a cold call, etc.

Our job is very stressful and mentally draining. I've never worked 40 hours in a week unless I had 2-3 days of PTO scheduled, so $42K is not substantial. Our office parking isn't paid for and our car allowance only comes out to ~$300 after taxes while our office garage parking costs $220/month.

I love that many of us were raised with the knowledge that hard work is what brings income and success. Many of us in the company don't expect money to come to us without having to work for it and I'm always so inspired to see people who grew up with nothing turn into 6 figure making professaionals!
