Working at Instacart is very pleasant. I've worked at places that are maybe more "cool" or "buzzy", but those always come with huge drawbacks. Instacart is very balanced and I the work life balance alone is enough to keep me here as long as possible.

it's a great place to get serious and get some work done and get paid well in the process.

I get to work on interesting stuff, I am trusted to do a great job and always deliver, but without question the most important one to me is the work/life balance. people love to throw that around, but here I feel like I can get my work done and then truly unplug after.

The work life balance is top tier

They definitely work hard, for sure

I'm a big fan of all of the money.
Revisión
Lots of support! Everyone is very motivated and outgoing.
Revisión
work/life balance is incredible here
Revisión
again I'm gonna have to go with the money
Revisión
The best part of my compensation package is the money
Revisión
everyone is personable, direct, clear, and feel like real people
Revisión
the work/life balance is like no other place I've worked
Revisión
Mostly just that I can't think of anything negative to say, that's huge.
Revisión
When I get to really explore on my own without too much direction
Revisión
they're clear communicators and they do a great job of being very transparent at every possible opportunity
Revisión
trust that I'm doing my job well and the respect that I receive and give to my coworkers
Revisión
this is a weird question... it's the money, anyone who says anything else for their favorite part of their compensation package is lying.
Revisión
They seem like real human beings, they make good decisions, they are very open and transparent and over communicate in the most helpful way
Revisión
The fact that my boss has such a hands off style but offering key guidance and assistance to help when needed is the perfect balance
Revisión
I don't think it's a matter of anyone improving, I think I just loathe pop culture and a lot of the team is very involved in it. I think I'm probably the weird one and am kind of ok with that.
