What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our package is competitive and our benefits are really all-encompassing

The idea behind "treat yourself," which allows each person to decide how to use a monthly stipend towards something that we may not want to use our monthly personal budget on.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe a big factor in improving employee compensation in regard to compensation would be yearly performance bonuses. Additionally, the equity refresh period (6yrs) is extremely long.

If HR was transparent about pay bands. A lot of companies allow their employees to see the pay bad for their position. It shows that there's nothing to hide.

I don't think it's a matter of anyone improving, I think I just loathe pop culture and a lot of the team is very involved in it. I think I'm probably the weird one and am kind of ok with that.

Great communication, transparency, organized... met with a wide array of people to get a sense of the company

Friendly interviewers, when I let them know I had a competing offer they rallied quickly to push me through the rest of the process and get an offer to me the next day.
