I feel like we're paid fair, but it's below the general tech market.

There was no transparency in the negotiation process. The recruiter refused to provide the comp. bands which is in violation of CA law. They need to add an annual bonus of at least 15% because cash/liquid comp is low in comparison to other companies. They also refused to provide a sign on bonus

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall, until now with whatever teams I have worked with, all seem to be really helpful and resourceful which promotes a sense of collaboration while working cross-functionally.
