Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While equity is a bit variable because of the markets, it is a deciding factor in joining the company. There haven't been adequate top ups that would bring my market rate back in line with other opportunities.

Some need to be less ambivalent and take more pride in the quality of their work. They also need to more receptive of other's ideas and inputs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Able to move fast, not over-engineering things. People are friendly and help each other out. Collabration across teams is easy due to the company size compared to other larger companies

not enough challenging work, we should make a bold move instead of doing an incremental fast iteration.

High coupling between systems, and missing documentation means that intra-team communication for even simple projects is high. Problems are generally not technically challenging, only organizationally challenging.
