The store manager is not employee focused. Her only goal is Icap, Icap Icaps. If Icaps are not met, she threatens to cut hrs and we never have enough coverage for 3 and outs. Hrs have been cut by 15 mins so no one gets their 15 min break. Can't even get a bathroom break. Hate coming to work,

That for now I have a job..... But to hear the new store mgr tell it were walking on thin ice. This is a daily threat.

Fairness. At each meeting, we are told that if we don't make our Icap goal we can look for cut hrs or layoffs. so depressing when we see how the economy is still slow and other stores are in the same pickle. It's a downer to hear nothing positive to start your day and no add'l help when needed.
