Understanding what their teams are capable of and stop taking on projects that they know can't be done to standard just to get a pay day. Its overworking employees and dropping morale. You're strengthing your bottom line but worsening your workforce. It will come crumbling down eventually.

All the Level 3 execs need to go & the CTL execs who stayed & haven't spoken up on how Stores is treating 1 entire side of this company, also need to go. How much do employees have to give up for you multi-million dollar execs to be happy? Greed at it's best & worse services
