Working for a global company and dealing with highly technical products, I am constantly learning new things. I enjoy learning, and MISUMI has a learning culture and access to lots of training, development, and professional advancement opportunities. This improves our ability to retain talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always are available to help, and even take on some of my tasks if I am overburdened. They have a very positive attitude and they seem to genuinely care about each other. They also have a sense of humor which is important when you are under stress.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a balance of transactional and strategic assignments. When I am able to create a project outcome, it provides a nice tangible result that lets others see what I am capable of accomplishing. I enjoy being acknowledged for my contributions, and I often receive it at MISUMI.
