Flexibility of work and rally around technical vision. Instead we are afraid to innovate, regress our cultural standards, and hold to a startup way of life that doesn't exist anymore. We have failed to scale.

Everyone I worked with in the recruiting department at nCino was incredibly responsive. Phone calls and emails were returned within one business day; I was always assured of where I was in the interview process; and the overall experience was enjoyable.
