The people that work at nCino are great, but the executive team and upper management are completely disconnected from the rest of the company. They constantly make decisions that affect the whole team, and often have negative consequences. Compensation is low and they refuse to address it.

Stop making sweeping changes or decisions that affect the entire team. Employees need to be treated as people, not numbers.

Re-evaluate compensation. Take everyone's situation into account when making decisions about coming back to the office full time. Requiring everyone to do the same thing is unfair to a lot of people.

Tons of other employers offer much better pay and benefits now, we are way behind. Being told by execs that our pay is comparable is laughable. There are no opportunities to earn bonuses if you aren't in sales.
Revisión
Our compensation has not been competitive with the market for a very long time. Salaries on Glassdoor are way off, often double or triple what is actually paid. Execs and HR say this isn't true, but have not provided any evidence to back that up.

Management is making poor decisions. Most of our top talent are leaving or have already left. Execs appear to be completely detached from how employees are feeling. Product dev & engineering was screwed over by a decision to give Sales & Marketing a new floor of a building... again.
