Love working at nCino and the people i work with. Wished 401K match was more comparable to industry standard as well as appropriate salary for level of responsibilities. Company perks also need to be thought of for remote employees too not just local to ILM.

My salary is my favorite part but love that we get a lot of coverage on health benefits and cell phone and work from home costs. Leadership and HR is always looking out for opportunities to provide options for our people to continue to enrich our overall compensation plan.

As more responsibilities and leadership promotions are given the salary should be equally compensated. Often times the company has put more work on people and no financial reward has been equally provided. Need to stop rewarding strong employees with more work & more hours & not compensating for it.
