Overall it has been a journey. I started part time in Ohio and moved to Wisconsin. Went full time and started climbing the ladder and expanding my automotive knowledge. Along the way I have made hundreds if not thousands of connections with my fellow employees and the communities I worked in.

Accountability goes both ways. They hold the people that report to them accountable, as well as those that they report to as well. Very good communicators , and helpful at guidance .
