They are friendly. They are good at their jobs. And most importantly if their work is caught up they will help with what they can elsewhere without having to be told to go do it. At least most of my team lives up to this.

The amount of work we do deserves a higher pay grade, at least $1.50 more an hour. We deserve holiday pay when we work the holidays, and given how low the pay is, we should be given some kind of health benefits, because there is no way to afford a Dr. let alone any medications.
