You apply at the prudential careers website, if selected you get called by HR to schedule and interview. Go to an interview (may be several) then await a background check if successful should hear by HR with an offer in about a month

Prudential is very thorough so the interview process takes at least 3 separate interviews and that’s from waiting up to a month to be called for one

Depends on the position you are applying for. But, mostly they want to know what is your skill set, education and experience. Then they might question your previous experiences and how they were positive or negative

The manager and VP of the division
I met with the hiring manager and heard at the end of the meeting what the next steps would be. I was in regular communication with them either over the phone or through email during the entire hiring process.

Very diverse

Truly being a "Customer Service" rep, helping and educating people regardless of how long it takes on the phone.

Very secure
Not at all; know that they can use their extensive list of company protocol and requirements against you at any time.

Any who are willing to learn
Not sure; must be patient, tolerant and unflappable. Smarts and experience do not seem to be part of the equation. Must definitely be a "company" person!

Fantastic. Positive environment where everyone is invested in each other's success.
Level of frustration high, even among more seasoned employees; difficult to get any changes or upgrades integrated. Complexity of everything is burdensome.
