  • There is an annual process which takes place in January every year. Very few managers do midnyear reviews but some do. You are responsible for writing everything and your boss just writes a summary. Overall process is very subjective as most objectives are not measureable and no one is held accountable for that. Highly political process and environment and the process reflects that.

Also, the extreme lack of the voice of workers to be heard or respected. Opinions and requirements are extremely one-sided and inflexible. Both positions I have worked in have felt like being an indentured servant.
