So varied in experience in the job, someones always there to lend a hand if you need some advice but also varied culturally, it makes personal conversations a lot more interesting

Part of my metric is what I close but part is what the team closes so it spurs you on to do better to help the team out, makes everyone a lot less selfish (which often happens in sales)

Difficult in the sense that it's thorough, if you make it to the last stage you've basically met everyone you'll be working with and have the opportunity to ask them questions so it's kind of an interview for them too

They're always open about what's happening with the company, especially through COVID-19 when other companies were getting rid of staff and not keeping people in the loop. Rapid7 made sure to give us company updates every week and even opened up their financials to give us peace of mind.
