Great job for entry level but after a few years its time to go. The annual raise gets lower every year, outdated buildings with tons of plumbing issues, creativity is not appreciated and company seems to be stuck in "the past".

Coworkers are great but employees are not given the necessary tools to be successful, everything is outdated and never seems to work, very frustrating environment.

Since the merger, everything has changed and company moral has declined. Annual raises and bonus decreased when inflation is all time high, insurance deductibles increased, company seems to be going backwards when everyone is quitting.
