We all do what we can to keep morale up among the associates and we strive to make every visit a great one for our customers. Many of our members will stop in to catch up just because they are in the area, or haven't come in for a while, not just when they are in the market for something.

People on charge need to care about sears and not the land value. Although that’s what matters to them they still are employee people and setting expectations to achieve goals that are not realistic with what they are being given from the corporate level.
