Not good. Benefits are useless, company direction is not clear, there seem to be "an inner circle" that benefits from the hard work of others, whereas people on bottom just have to work more and harder. No incentive or reward for contributing more, I see apathy and indifference all around me.

Benefits are essentially useless. A Company with "Health" in it's name and reimbursing only 40% cost of "selected" gyms is embarrassing. Other benefits seem to be created for old people (will writing ,pension..) nothing for younger people. The benefits platform is a failure.

Benefits system is a failure. Share plan gives everyone the same amount no matter how hard they work - no encouragement for extra effort. Company does not reward people going extra mile so they leave. There is an expectation of working extra hours/weekends but no extra reward for it.
