My fellow DPS is always there to discuss issues and solutions. They got my back when I was wrongly accused because they are there to witness my hardwork and care for clients.

It was easy, barely any requirements. Like they really needed someone to fill in and only when I started working I know why. They treated DPS so poorly, half of them quit regularly. Managers are tyrants and threatening at Summit house.

Communications, clients needs and freewill, staffs needs, fair observation, fixed schedules instead of random, faster meds training (it took 2-3months for staff to be med certified), allow staff to freely use their hard earned PTO, be less abusive to staffs and clients, listen to DPS concerns.

Clients needs, concerns and freewill are clients did not have what they need to get by such as appropriate size shower chair, hoyer that fits them etc. Concerns are treated as suggestion. Clients don't get to choose where they go and what they want to do. Clients stuck in the house for months.

Be more accepting of staffs from different cultures, and do not expect them to change who they are to accommodate other staffs. I believe if I do my job great and my clients like me, then I shouldn't be forced to make eyes contacts with other staff, cook only American food or speak without my accent

As a PM staff I do not appreciate having an observer watch me for 1 hour of my shift and determined that I am not performing my job especially when I prep/completed all tasks, chores, and activities the night before. I need to be treated fairly and paid fairy for the extra hours I am forced to work.
