Based on how SPS treats its employees, I feel disillusioned and used (compared with how I felt excited and impressed when first starting). SPS feels hollow.
Revisión
This company only focuses on quarterly sales, outward appearances, and projecting expertise.
Revisión
Pretty wonderful place to work.

Revisión
It is very difficult to get fired.

Revisión
Remove in office work for employees.
Revisión
We have each other's backs even when things get difficult.
Revisión
SPS does hire great employees who are friendly and helpful.
Revisión
Fast paced and exciting as we all are pushing towards $1B.
Revisión
Based on other companies wages in this field, we are paid lower.
Revisión
The company is doing well and there is plenty of room for opportunity.
Revisión
As a leader, seeing others exceed - sharing that news and celebrating together.
Revisión
They are hardworking people who want to do their best with the limited resources given to them.
Revisión
Hard working, everyone pitches in where needed to get things done, very helpful and collaborative. We live and die as a team.
Revisión
There is a lot of pressure from customers to do things quickly, as well as other departments. Expectations delivered are not always realistic.
Revisión
There is a tremendous amount of collaboration between team members, and no shortage of people willing to help educate each other on topics less familiar to some.
Revisión
Pay raises are reflective of the budget, not merit. There is no incentive to work hard here. No incentive bonuses, no holiday bonus, no sick days, no mental health days.
Revisión
We are following a sales-driven mindset when we should be product-driven, according to the book Crossing the Chasm. As a result, we sell incompatible products to unwitting companies/industries which results in a high churn rate.
Revisión
Promotions are not stringently considered enough. It's almost always who you know not what you know. Hearing about bonuses paid to folks in technology. Most roles seem to be underpaid compared to the market salary wise.
Revisión
I am always impressed how candid they are during communication. There is clear expertise, but without many of the trappings of "executive leadership speak" that are so common. I can understand what they are saying, and their clear excitement for the future of SPS is palpable.
Revisión
Not rubbing it in our faces about uninterrupted company growth and then continuing to allow pay inequity. Be more open about real reasons for why you're wanting employees to come back into the office (especially when you maintain a seat on the Minneapolis Downtown counsel) instead of buzz words.
Revisión
When I feel like my work is balanced. It hasn't been balanced because of us losing team members (who don't get replaced), and then those of us who are left have double the work to do (without being paid more). I haven't been happy at work for six months or more.
Revisión
Positions tend to offer less than the median regional salary for the same type of position (I make $10k less than I should be making). SPS regularly boasts about uninterrupted growth, but then SPS doesn't share in it. I feel like I don't matter at work, and I'm actively looking elsewhere.
