I am extremely lucky to be working where I do. While I have some frustrations overall the people I work with make it enjoyable. HOWEVER what I've experienced when dealing with other organizations in the company I would likely leave as I would not have the same support structure.

Unlikely to stay here another year, despite being at this company for an extremely long time.

The money, stock options, and bonuses

The amount they pay me

Eagerness to solve difficult problems, collaborate, and receive feedback.
Revisión
We are welcoming of anyone, and we care that people are happy.
Revisión
The other employees try to make it a positive experience despite upper management.
Revisión
Interacting with the group of people trying to make meaningful change at SPS.
Revisión
Majority of the people I work with care about delivering quality products and the customers we serve
Revisión
It is hard to know what you should be doing due to a lack of direction from management. Lots of duplicate or conflicting objectives.
Revisión
We have a lack of accountability. This has caused many people to realize they don't need to give even 60% effort to keep their job.
Revisión
Majority of the people I work with actually care and want to do a good job. There are a few bad apples but those are rare
Revisión
Not create hostile work environments due to pressure they are under. They also are constantly changing their minds on what they want which makes it impossible to deliver.
Revisión
Upper management needs to change in all the ways. The hostile environment, the not knowing what they want, constantly changing focus. They are working on destroying this company.
Revisión
The direct individuals I work with on a daily bases. Once you move across departments or higher up everything seems VERY bureaucratic and we end up doing work that offers no value.
Revisión
Executives either don't have a plan, or the plan isn't executed well in the levels directly below them. By the time it gets to our Product Owners and technology teams everything is chaos.
Revisión
SPS has a tendency of having you do a job of a different position for a long time before promoting you to that position. You should be paid on the work you do, not on your title.
Revisión
There is so many different groups to be involved with SPS it really makes you feel like you are a part of a community. I wish I had a bit more free time so I could be more involved with some of them.
Revisión
This is the wrong question for me, I rated general leadership poorly but my direct manager well. Leadership is struggling to paint a clear direction or those under them do not understand. We end up with multiple conflicting priorities that turn into an "leadership said" argument for priority.
