It's very collaborative, and we work together to problem solve.

When the stress is high, management keeps things optimistic and encouraging.

That more often than not, people like to help each other.

I like that there are initiatives for growth, both within the company and externally with the community.

I enjoy the troubleshooting aspect, learning technology and systems on the job, and collaborating with my teammates.

Our direct leadership team does frequently ask for our feedback for things to change across the team. And usually listens.

There are some general gaps in communications between sales, system automation, and fulfillment. Frequently, we experience heated customers who were sold one thing or promised a timeline that is unachievable, and it creates a stressful work environment.

SPS ranks fairly low amongst its competitors for pay. There is little to no effort to increase pay of existing employees (lots of wage compression), to match both the growing profits (and individual responsibilities of employees) of the company and raising costs of living.
Revisión
With SPS as a continually growing company, national inflation, and the increased expectations of our roles, I absolutely believe we should be compensated better. When comparing to other employers in EDI, we are on the low end for for compensation for consultants and software engineers.
