very disappointing considering we are the market leader.

Owning their actions and inactions.

Holding themselves accountable. Paying employees like a market leader would.
Revisión
The leadership team should act the same as other employees, not above them.
Revisión
Nothing comes to mind. I like them, but I would not call any of them exceptional.
Revisión
The culture has become bureaucratic, and political. Everything is presented as going great when it is not.
Revisión
Improve compensation. The company is successful, that should be shared more with the employees. People in the market should be saying "we don't pay as well as SPS." At the moment, no one would say that.
Revisión
We should pay like a market leader. SPS is a successful company, It should pay like a successful company. SPS should share its success more with its employees. From a compensation perspective, employees clearly do not come first.
Revisión
We do the bare minimum when it comes to benefits. Our company is successful, and our benefits should reflect that. Our benefits don't reflect that. There should also be a profit sharing, even if it is simply added to our 401K on good years.
Revisión
The company should share more of its success with its employees. The company is doing very well, but many of the employees don't benefit from it. SPS's benefits and compensation should reflect that of a successful company, not a company that is just getting by.
Revisión
Most people seem engaged., but even then, it feels like they are just putting in their time. More employees at SPS are looking for other jobs than at any other company I have worked. More time should be spent listening to employees instead of telling employees how it is going to be.
