The leadership team has proven to be genuinely invested in caring for employees as actual humans with emotions. This provides me the ability to turn to them when I have questions or concerns and know that they will actually listen and be receptive.

We are a very small group that works to support many roles across SPS. As a result our work can feel very independent, scattered, and isolated. The best thing about my team is that we are very supportive and always willing to help each other no matter what.

My role is encompassing of many skills (technical and soft skills) however I believe to only be evaluated for soft skills. Additionally, based on my non SPS peers and the companies that have contacted me for open opportunities their offers are considerably higher. Lastly, we value new employees more

I would say that what makes me happy is that I am allowed to work at my own style and that I am encouraged to be an individual with passions and hobbies. I don't feel that I am be forced to fit a mold that doesn't allow me to be creative.
