
I've definitely had my challenges and doubts at times at SPS, but some of those doubts led to such great growth and trust in our company. I think all of the challenges 2020 provided really showed how much SPS leadership listens to and leads their employees

I certainly do not feel undervalued. But I do think that paying more competitive compensation for the experience and value that long-term employees have will help with retention.

I feel valued as far as the respect and trust people have in me, however the compensation that I could make elsewhere is too tempting. I want so badly to stay with SPS because I truly believe in the vision/values.. but the salaries don't align with the desire to keep good mid-sr. level talent.
