I enjoy being part of the SPS team, I believe we can reach $1B, I just wish leadership would recognize the major problem occurring in sales- Senior talent leaving to pursue higher pay at other companies. It is currently the blind leading the blind and this will compromise growth for years to come

The SPS Team, on average, does care about the customer and wants to do good for them. SPS provides an environment that encourages growth and promotion within.

We need to retain sales people by increasing compensation to be competitive and reward top performers, rather than penalize them for their strong performance with unrealistic quota increases YoY. The revolving door of sales reps makes the job miserable and is hindering our ability to grow.

As an experienced sales person I am invested in SPS, but looking at external opportunities in roles I am qualified for and get recruited for, I could more than double my pay by leaving SPS. I have stayed in hopes of SPS realizing this and increasing pay to retain talent. SPS is not retaining talent.
