Paying people fairly. I am about 30% below market rate in my position. There are no bonuses and benefits have gotten worse. My merit increase was 1% this year. We always talk about another quarter of growth but why should the average employee care?

My position should get paid about 30% more. the ESPP is not an attractive perk when the stock isn't performing and the needs to be additional compensation for the high workload at SPS. Merit increase of 1% is not competitive and not good enough. it should be 7% - 10%.
