SPS is a great place to work. There are almost limitless opportunities where one can learn a lot, however because of the lack of market valued pay, I feel that SPS is in a system of training amazing talent but then losing them once they get to a tenured level as said person will seek more pay.

Between a lack luster salary & the increasing messaging that SPS is moving to going back into the office as a requirement it creates a non excited feeling.

It is very hard to feel appreciated when an annual pay increase does not keep up with inflation. I appreciate that we are receiving anything, however knowing that inflation is at 8.5% (for example) and one could get a 3% raise.. said individual is theoretically making 3.5% less money than before.
