Employees are responsible for the growth and success of the company. They do not need another pizza party. They want to be compensated well for their efforts and treated like partners in the company's endeavors.

There is so many potentially good things about the organization. However, the toxic positivity, the muted classism, and the blatant wage compression makes working there unsustainable in the long run. That being said, my department is pleasant to work with.
Revisión
If I knew what the company and the job was really like, I would have not applied.
Revisión
A decent place to work for about a year or two - and than move on.
Revisión
Increase the rate of pay for employees.

With the continues success of SPS -pay employees accordingly.
Revisión
It is toxically positive to the point of being insulting.
Revisión
Higher rate of pay as the company becomes more profitable.
Revisión
Select more diverse candidates from all backgrounds and life experiences.
Revisión
After you peek behind the vale of niceness, the performative toxic positivity is unproductive.
Revisión
Treating employees like adults. Enough of the college campus theatrics and corporate pep rallies
Revisión
The SPS culture seems to revolve around the success of the employee and of course the growth of the business.
Revisión
It is not my coworkers, it is the company HR issue of hiring for diversity and yet onboarding for conformity.
Revisión
An actual living wage for all employees to start. Annual or quarterly bonuses that are in line with the quarterly growth the company has.
Revisión
Better management at Support Resolution and a system wide change that actually values SPS customers and the Support staff that work hard to troubleshoot issues.
Revisión
The empty slogan that Employees Come First , while people are underpaid and the C Suite celebrates 88 quarters of growth has gotten insulting. Pay employees according to that growth and enough of the cheerleading sessions known as quarterly meetings.
Revisión
I can only speak about Support Resolution and not for all of SPS Commerce. Support Resolution is a frustrating place to work -from directionless management to the lack of how the work is structured. Analysts are burnt out and they are always hiring because Customer Support is not a good job.
