Overall it's a pretty disorganized company. Departments don't really talk to each other (at least the non-client-facing departments), and executive leadership mostly cares about making money so doesn't really care about problems in internal operation.

Company is run like an investment, not like a place where people should want to make long term careers. All emphasis is on business goals and very little on employee development.

It's a pro and con but there are a lot of young people here. They bring a lot of great energy and optimism to the company, but the con is that the company sees junior talent as replaceable.

There's a lot of emphasis on management, but very little emphasis on leadership - there's a difference! At least in my department it seems like people think they look good by making others look bad - there isn't a 'rising' tide mentality.

I work in a part of the business that isn't customer-facing, so there's a lot that could be improved. We do a ton of manual work since our infrastructure is very old. Not great for morale and not a great place to develop your career.
