I have enjoyed working at SPS so far, but due to the new requirement to come into the office 40% of the work week, I am not happy to be here. I feel disrespected and like my quality of life doesn't matter to the executive team.

Positive feedback and succeeding as a team
Revisión
There is a lot of enthusiasm about teamwork and collaboration
Revisión
Open communication within and between teams and a strong sense of collaboration in a remote environment
Revisión
There is a lot of effort to engage employees, and lots of direct outreach and support from immediate supervisors
Revisión
Being compensated at a competitive rate compared to the rest of the industry, as well as annual raises that keep up with cost of living increases.
Revisión
There is a lot of support and collaboration. There are clearly delineated roles, and all senior members have areas of expertise about which newer team members can learn
Revisión
Compensation that is competitive with the industry standards, clear expectations for review tiers (ex: Exceeds Expectations is a very unclear category), competitive benefits (employee health insurance is extremely subpar)
Revisión
Compensating employees with competitive wages, common sense benefits like decent parental leave, and listening to employee needs. Bulldozing employee needs to force people back into office tells me SPS doesn't care about me.
Revisión
I don't feel like SPS values me as an employee. The recent decision to force employees to come into the office after three years of remote work has made me feel depressed and unmotivated, and I am dreading my future here.
Revisión
We feel a strong responsibility towards each other and support each other. We care about helping each other learn and grow and ensuring that everyone feels confident with their workload and output. Our team has a strong focus on collaboration and support.
