I've been provide the opportunity to own projects and collaborate. The pay is satisfactory though I know under industry standard. I most dislike the really horrible health insurance benefits which are the least competitive I've been offered in 20 years. Benefits are a huge let down here.

I've been here less than a year. Overall, everyone is kind and willing to help. The company is so focused on growing in terms of revenue but not making the proper investments in people, process, and technology within the building to actually make it feasible without burning out their teams

1st yr I was excited & learning; didn't know enough to see all of the problems/ dysfunction with all the rah rah and cool trainers, so you get swept up into the culture and blue koolaid. We are so out of touch with customers, competition,market. Who cares about racing to 1B if we're building junk

It's hard to be at my level of experience (18+ years) but not be in a bonus eligible position.

As a woman I am underpaid comparably. My role is not bonus eligible nor commissioned. Getting a meets and a 2% yearly raise is embarrassing.

There is way too much upper and middle management and far too little actual resources/staff to actually accomplish the work. We are focused on buying other companies and growing and selling and forcing our customers to buy things but wont address our extremely dysfunctional communication and process

The healthcare benefits are the least competitive I've had in 30 years and take far more out of pocket of employees than it the benefits are worth. HSAs dont matter if the plan is garbage to begin with. Pay is not as high as industry average for this area.
