We are all different with the same goals and everyone helps everyone do there job. You can count on having help if you ask from just about anyone and you don't always find that in corporate environments.

I like how well they take care of there employee's. We all do a lot of work and are invested in our roles here and they make sure to shake it up with EOM, Holiday games and prizes. those things really do make a difference to us.

Personally I am just happy with completing a good days work but especially when we get something achieved that doesn't always happen. In my dept. we like to hear from our participants that they are doing good and that we helped in some way to get them to that place in their life.
