Everyone knows what is expected of them, and the majority of the time it is communicated effectively. The management team is always asking for feedback. We also have some of the most compassionate team players on our team.

I enjoy the people I work with on my team. We may not always have a full staff, but we always do the best we can with what we have to work with. Everyone has a day or two that they just don't feel like working, but we make the best of it and get the job done to the best of our ability.
