Acknowledge your senior employees. Seniority has to mean something. Fighting for hours with someone who was hired a month ago after dedicating 8 years to the company is ridiculous and unappreciated. False hope for advancement is why our turn over rate is so high. Take care of your employees.

Stop hiring prestige beauty advisor who have no experience with cosmetics. Stop hiring outside the company for managment. Promote from within like you claim to do. Associates work hard to grow with the company and to be passed over by a new hire to company is a slap in the face.

I was hired as a Lead cashier . I was promised a boutique position but had to train a replacement. The replacement I trained got the boutique position over me. I then opened up the new location as a prestige beauty advisor and have been promised a boutique by 3 different GM's since the opening
