I get to work with smart, fun, nice people. You feel like you're part of a team working towards the same goals.

Always there to run things by if needed

People are from all over the world. If you don't care about working off hours, long hours or weekends, that's a perk.

We are a great diverse Team and everybody can be their true self without any limitations!

Very supportive, can lean on them for any help..

Open communication but division is appatent. The club, then everyone else. Small club. Company looks at ways to cut commissions. But select few do VERY well and tge rest worry about being on a performance plan or riffed.

Need to be more flexible and improve their communication skill

Meeting tend to drift and get off topic
