I used to love working in the lab, when the company was more team oriented. Changing the schedule created a toxic work environment between the lab techs and their managers. There are a lot of higher positions in the company, but maybe we would benefit more from focusing on creating a strongerbase
The kind people are a pleasure.
The people I work with make coming into work rewarding.
Being independent and knowing I provide great results for the company.
Focusing more on employee needs, instead of burning us all out.
The people I work with are very friendly and hardworking. And pleasant to work with.
I don't get the recognition I deserve for the work I put in. While others do. To feel valued, fixing the pay across the company would be helpful.
The people that I work with on my level are all kind and hardworking. It is always a pleasure to be on a team. The leadership (managers) are the biggest issue at this company
They leadership team does a bad job at showing that they care about their employees. They constantly praise and promote higher ups but claim that they dont have enough resources to help the hard workers at the bottom.
I am constantly asked to work unpaid Overtime hours in my new role. Where I received a raise that was below 3% this year due to switching teams. Taking this new role made it so I now make less money with more work.
My manager burns us out as much as possible. She is extremely inept at her job as a leader. She expects us to work 10-12 hours daily due to company needs. There is no work life balance. Maybe if the higher ups were more aware of how their managers manage, things can improve. no accountability
