I really like the company equity options. It makes me feel confident that the company is confident in it's direction and is willing to prioritize employee buy-in/engagement over raw shareholder value

From my perspective, though somewhat limited, the leadership at Appian has a level of integrity that is not often seen for such a large company. Senior leadership is constantly communicating with employees at all levels to drive engagement.

How valued and seen I feel as a person. And how inclusive the company is. We have such a diverse set of individuals that all get treated (from my view) as individuals and with their own feelings accounted for.

My team is incredibly supportive, hilariously funny, and wicked intelligent. I couldn't me more excited to work each day because I know I'm going to get some positive feedback, a laugh, and learn something and those things keep me so energized.
