What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have and excellent middle manager level. I am referring to those close to projects and clients success-. AI really think Pavel is an inspirational leader He has a genuine interest in the success of the company and in the professional and individual development of his team.

The fact that they were able to stay really close to the staff during the whole pandemic by asking constant feedback on how I was feeling and if there was something that I might need. The support that I received during a family crisis also made me quite thankful

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lost respect for the CEO and management when the CEO announced to the whole company on a call that during COVID Appian wouldn't be downsizing the workforce as the company had a very strong financial position to weather the storm, but after 2 days made a number of staff redundant in Australia.

The fact that everyone is making an effort to engage in other activities besides "normal work". On top of that, everyone is demonstrating a lot of empathy during these times. Parents, people that are caring for others.. I feel that there's a lot of empathy for those groups of people
