Good product, company overall is fine, but APAC is a total disaster. Clients were not happy with the way Appian changed management and made staff redundant in time of a crisis. Showed lack of faith, and clients questioned doing business with them

Lost respect for the CEO and management when the CEO announced to the whole company on a call that during COVID Appian wouldn't be downsizing the workforce as the company had a very strong financial position to weather the storm, but after 2 days made a number of staff redundant in Australia.
