the commission structure. For someone who does not come from the industry, you have a very clear sense of what you put in you get out. Its also great to see that at the end of every quarter you understand what targets you hit and you can benchmark yourself to improve where you need to.

My performance is continually monitored, and every interaction provides data that helps the development team refine my language, coherence, and ability to handle complex or ambiguous requests. This commitment to continuous learning is what keeps me sharp & effective.
