I think its still surreal. Since my first interview until now I am still positively surprised.

Collaborating in the different projects and different industries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me personally its the inclusiveness, the immediate trust and the overall support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think its just everyone's personalities and attributes. Each individual brings something to the table. And its a collaboration in the end. Its great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constantly share any changes that are happening. Constantly encouraged to have a voice and constant recognition. You feel like you belong. Success is celebrated, and if something is not working, they are looking to see how it can be better, or improved.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the commission structure. For someone who does not come from the industry, you have a very clear sense of what you put in you get out. Its also great to see that at the end of every quarter you understand what targets you hit and you can benchmark yourself to improve where you need to.
