The leadership team at Appian know how to *lead*, not just give instructions. They put in the effort and care to make sure that those they are leading are happy, productive and have ample opportunities for growth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Change management led from the top. We need to move faster, be successful even through a hiring shift to Chennai, and use AI to get much better at our jobs - all valid needs. They could be exciting change management projects but instead are currently mandated from the top with little support.

They take a very holistic approach to your application.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the last decade, the top problem has been that Appian is hard to do business with. There's only so much anyone outside of Sales can do to help with that. Serious churn and reorg in Sales + Marketing, especially the exec leaders, doesn't inspire confidence that we've figured out how to do better.
