Really, really friendly atmosphere, from both the employees, and other prospects. The interview was non-competitive, which made for a much better time.

The push to give and receive feedback to and from all levels throughout the company gives transparency and means you're always well informed of what you're doing well, and what you can improve upon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Appian know how to *lead*, not just give instructions. They put in the effort and care to make sure that those they are leading are happy, productive and have ample opportunities for growth.
