Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Appian puts a lot of focus or accolades on big splashy efforts, especially efforts done outside of working hours. Those of us who excel within our roles are consistently are overlooked even though we provide consistent value to the company

We are a fast-paced software company, but it feels like we are committed to having a sufficient number of resources such that crunch time is minimal.
