Aside of the health and life insurance, Appian offers a comprehensive RSU package and also an Employee Assistance Program for things like mental health and wellbeing support.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Appian needs to sack certain presales personnel in Singapore to be a better company. If people with no integrity stays in Appian, it sends a strong message to your customers and other employees.
