Pay transparency on job postings seems more in-step with similar tech companies. Without that transparency upfront, it's easy to default to "everyone else must be making more" thinking, even if this is not true.

Annual salary increases are becoming less significant, and changing categories does not result in a meaningful salary improvement. This makes it difficult to perceive real growth within the company, leading to the feeling that it's easier to achieve better compensation outside of Appian.
