Generally a very good experience. Relative to many other companies right now, Appian seems to have their head on straight and a competent complement of officers at the tiller. The culture is active and growing, and I'm proud to work at Appian.

I think the interesting problems I get to solve make me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They generally seem to have a good head on their shoulders and a decent grasp of the markets tenuous position with AI.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would describe the culture at Appian as alive. They are always putting on events and all of the affinity groups seem active.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is quite willing to help out new team members and point them in the right direction, as well as teach them best practices.
